Staff Party

So, our staff party turned out to be hilarious for all involved!  The 4 teams for the Amazing Race dressed up for maximum points which was possibly one of the highlights of the day!  Debbie - our office manager - dressed appropriately as a weasel while her 4 male teammates had stunning shirts and ties to fit their team name of Walla Walla Weasel Whackers!  My team dressed all in green and complemented the outfit with fairy wings - yes the guys looked great as you can see from the pic below!  Plus, my team happened to win the competition! YEA!!  Mahi (remember Maori for ‘work’) came through with $80 gift vouchers for each of the winners at a local restaurant, Plateau.  I used my voucher at Plateau last week and I have to say that they have the best dinner meals I have tasted in Taupo so far.  Try the Pork Belly and the Banoffee Pie - sensational!  On that note - it’s lunch time here.  Catch up soon.
