Id always wonder what it would be like to work at a bungy site, i know its kinda weird thing to wonder if you havent visited one.
But i always thought it would be fun, and it is!! (i would say that though)
No it is fun, you should see some of the stuff that goes on here, its hilarious.
We get some crazy people into Taupo Bungy, usually they are not wearing very much, and usually its the male variety of not wearing much unfortunatly.
But none the less we have fun laughing at these stag (soon to be married) boys, who come in with their mates and are usually wearing a borat mankini

I try not to laugh in their face but sometimes its just so hard ;)
Some of the noises people make are great, holy, you should hear them, usually they are involuntary, but funny check this video out.
But all the fun dosent always come from our customers, most, but not all. The crew are hilarious, they try to be serious, you know the serious and professional jump master(which they are) but they cant do it all the time.
Not long ago we discovered that one of our crew is scared of birds! not big scary birds… Just any bird, small birds harmless birds, pigeons, fantails and sparrows. Apparently when he was a young fella a bird assaulted him, repeatedly, for hours, in his living room.
Poor Bastard. Ok he was 6 and he was a jumpy little mummys boy, but come on birds ?!!? Knowing this, he probably should have chosen a better career option as almost everything we do here is outside, over a river and on a cliff….. So he ends up being surrounded by birds, everyday, i guess its a good way to get over his fears, but i dont think its working though.
He still ducks when a pigeon flys past, and jumps out of his seat when a sparrow lands in the general vicinity. Oh and when he’s in the office imagine what happens when a bird gets stuck inside !!!!
But thats enough of taking the piss out of our mate, he’s a good man with a genuine fear. Sorry Mate. We love this place, our workmates and look forward to the out of it stuff that’ll happen tomorrow.
Peace Out homies
